What we collect and why
We only collect what we need to sell and deliver our products, answer your questions and run the business. You don't need to give us anything to browse the site.

If you don't give us the details needed for an order, we can't complete it. Checks at checkout may be automated, and you can ask us to review any payment that is declined. We don't sell your personal information.

We share your information only with the companies that help us run the shop, and only what they need.

International transfers

How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it.

Your rights
You have rights over your personal information, and using them is normally free. Email info@swiftgrow.co.uk to use any of them, and we will reply within one month.

- Correction: ask us to fix anything wrong or incomplete
- Deletion: ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it, such as tax records
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we use it
- Objection: object to uses based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time
- Portability: ask for information you gave us in a format you can pass on
- Withdrawing consent: change your mind at any time, including through Cookie settings in our website footer
If you're unhappy with how we've used your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the shop, and analytics and advertising cookies only if you accept them. Cookies are small files stored on your device, and we use similar browser storage too.
When you first visit, our banner asks for your choice. You can change it at any time through Cookie settings in the website footer, and the shop works either way. If you change your mind later, we clear the analytics and advertising cookies we can from your browser. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings.
